Setup Package creates multiple entries in the Control Panel.

When you are installing new versions of your product, it may create several entries in the Control Panel | Uninstall Program. To resolve this issue you should install any file into the Program Files folder. When you install all your files into the User's Folders, Windows creates new entry for your product in the Control Panel for each new version. But if you install files not only to user's folder new version doesn't create new entry.

So, we suggest to install Help files, License Agreements, other support files into the Program Files folder.
