Access LockXLS Runtime Object from external application.

If you are using COM to open locked workbook in Excel from your application, you can access LockXLS Runtime object in the following way:

' launch Excel application
Dim oExcel As Object
Set oExcel = CreateObject( "Excel.Application" )
' declare variable for LockXLS Runtime object
Dim oLockXLS As Object
' get Runtime Object from Excel application
Set oLockXLS = oExcel.COMAddins( "LockXLSRuntime.Connect" ).Object;
' use LockXLS Runtime object
oLockXLS. ...
' open locked workbook
oExcel.Workbooks.Open( "path to locked workbook" )
' release LockXLS Runtime object
Set oLockXLS = Nothing
