If your project has several files, which are combined into several folders, you can use same folder structure for output files of your project. You should enter relative path into Output File Name field and this sub-folder will be created in the output folder of your project.
In this example folder Test is created in the project output folder. And MainWorkbook.xls is copied into this folder.
